GET OUT THE VOTE: POSTER DESIGN-A-THON
STRUCK
12777 WEST JEFFERSON BLVD., BUILDING D, FLOOR 3
LOS ANGELES, CA 90066
THR JUNE 2, 6–8PM

Join AIGA Los Angeles and national AIGA board member Kevin Perry, from Struck, for a high-energy, grassroots evening dedicated to AIGA Get Out the Vote initiative. Get Out the Vote is a civic engagement initiative designed to wield the power of design to motivate the American public to register and turn out to vote in the 2016 general election, as well as local elections to come.

We’ll not only explore ways designers can make a meaningful contribution to society, we’ll set aside some time to take action. You’ll be invited to contribute non-partisan posters to the 2016 collection by collaborating with diverse array of designers, thinkers and influencers.

All posters submitted will be displayed in AIGA’s online gallery, and a selection of posters will be featured in exhibitions put on in connection to the Democratic and Republican national conventions, as well as at the AIGA Design Conference in Las Vegas this October. More info at aiga.org/vote

Food and drinks will be provided. Free for members.
