The idea of failure is a core concept championed by design teams. Discovering how far ideas can get pushed is the best way to learn, advance our skills, and develop better products. And documenting this process is critical to ensuring the same mistakes are not made in the future.

But what happens when we’re in the middle of failing? How do we dig through the personal toll of a failed proposal, a failed business, and the impact on our personal relationships?

Tonight we discuss the ugly sides of failure. Students, managers, business owners, and design leaders will get personal about the impacts of their mistake, and share what they learned in the process.
