TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

By registering for and attending/participating in this event, you hereby grant AIGA Los Angeles the permission to publicly display your full name and company name as a registered attendee. Additionally, you consent to the capture of photo, audio, and video during the event, and you grant AIGA Los Angeles the unrestricted right to use any images, photographs, recordings, or likenesses of you in its promotional materials and publicity efforts, without compensation. All media produced during this event shall become the sole property of AIGA Los Angeles, which may display, distribute, or utilize such media for any purpose.
