What growth strategies are available for design businesses? What is the best strategy for your business? In this second session of the series, you will explore several key strategy models, looking at case studies that illustrate how to make competition irrelevant. Strategies for execution will be discussed and attendees will have opportunities to pose questions pertaining to their specific businesses.

About Errol Gerson

Errol GersonFor the past 45 years, Errol Gerson has taught Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership at Art Center College of Design. In 1978, Errol co-founded a Business Management/CPA firm, growing the company to a staff of 120 people with offices in four cities. The firm represented designers, photographers, illustrators, architects with a large music division representing mega-touring bands.

He is a featured speaker at colleges and universities, conferences and symposiums, and consults with companies worldwide on strategic management and marketing planning. Errol has been a member and supporter of AIGA for many years and has served as AIGA LA chapter treasurer. He is writing a book entitled “Everything You Need to Know in Life Was Taught to You By Your Grandmother,” a collection of aphorisms collected from all over the world.
