AIGA LA EVENT PROGRAMMING MEETING

Interested in finding out all about the upcoming event programming for 2012? Would you like to learn how you can be a volunteer at an event? Then come to the AIGA LA Event Programming Committee Meeting held on Monday, April 9th in Hollywood.

We will be reviewing all the awesome events planned for the new year and all the great opportunities that surround them. The calendar is finalized and now its time to get the teams together and make the events happen.

So stop on by, and learn about all the great new ways to get involved in AIGA LA Event Programming!

This month we are searching for Volunteers that Producers need for each event typically, but not limited to, are:

- Set up/ Clean up: 2-4
- Registration Table: membership committee will be handling this
- Communications Designer: 1
- Food/Drink Table: 1-2
- A/V: 1
- Photographer: 1
- Videographer: 1

Some specific needs for upcoming events would be:

Top Agency Space, date TBD
- Setup/Clean up: 2
- Communications Designer: 1
- Photographer: 1
- Videographer: 1

Adobe Muse Workshops, dates TBD
- Assistant Producer: 1
- Set up/ Clean up: 2-4
- Communications Designer: 1
- Food/Drink Table: 1-2
- A/V: 1
- Photographer: 1
- Videographer: 1

Bierut in LA
- Assistant Producer: 1
- Set up/ Clean up: 2-4
- Communications Designer: 1
- Food/Drink Table: 1-2
- A/V: 1
- Photographer: 1
- Videographer: 1

Mix and Mingle - 7:00 pm
Meeting Begins - 7:30 pm
Wrap Up - 9:00 pm
