Behind the Scenes: Designing the New TED.com and NYC.gov

A Conversation with Michal Pasternak, Chief Experience Officer at Huge

How do you create a singular digital platform that can connect with a large, diverse audience on widely varying issues in a city of 8 million people? How do you deliver an enriching but entertaining experience for a platform dedicated to sharing ideas in more than 100 languages? The solution is to focus on the user and understand their needs in context when seeking help or exploring and discovering content. Huge recently redesigned NYC.gov and TED.com, two unique projects with broad, diverse user groups.

Join Chief Experience Officer at Huge, Michal Pasternak, for a sneak peek at the design process, strategy, and challenges behind creating the new TED.com and NYC.gov, followed by Q&A. Refreshments will be provided.
