Hecho en LA | Chris Do: The Business of Motion Design

Los Angeles is arguably the epicenter of the motion design movement. Firms big and small are heavily concentrated within a few square miles stretching from Santa Monica, and Venice to Culver City.

In this highly competitive space, what does it take to make the transition from print/interactive to motion? What strategies do successful firms use to not only win pitches but sustain business and cultivate a culture of innovation?

Join Blind's founder and Executive Creative Director Chris Do as he shares his experiences in the motion design industry from the point of view of a designer, business owner and educator. It will be a night of candid conversation as he retraces his journey from print to motion, from freelancer to entrepreneur chronicling past failures and successes.
