AIGA LA is committed to cultivating an inclusive environment where individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities feel valued, respected, and empowered to bring their most authentic selves into their work. We will work to actively break down barriers, challenge biases, and promote policies that uphold these values in our community.

Listening to the communities that know their cultures best, and allowing them to tell their own stories.
Creating pathways for underfunded communities to access our resources through discounts, programs, or volunteer opportunities.
Ensuring representation in our speakers and judges that is as diverse as the Los Angeles Community.
Identifying and addressing reported microaggressions.

We recognize that historically, these issues have not been addressed with the urgency they deserve. Together we will work to build spaces where differences are not just seen, but celebrated.
