*The Restated Chapter Bylaws have been approved by the Membership as of 6/6/2022*
On Monday May 2, 2022, the AIGA Los Angeles Board of Directors approved a restatement of our chapter bylaws, the legal document that dictates how our association is governed. It is common for non-profits to revise their bylaws every so often to reflect the changing realities of a growing and vibrant organization.
We are now submitting these restated bylaws to you, our members, for approval. A two-thirds majority of all chapter members is required for the bylaws to be enacted. A non-vote is counted in the affirmative.

Voting begins today, May 6, 2022, and ends on June 6, 2022 at 11:45 PM.
While reviewing, we ask that you consider bylaws as a framework that outline the rules and regulations of an organization, and are not intended to dictate policy, outline committees, or detail procedures.
Your AIGA Membership ID number is required to record your vote in the system. Your vote is confidential.
