EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR POSITION
VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCES
Victor Fong

Victor is a Product Designer and the founder of Victory Goods, an embedded design studio in Los Angeles. His 15+ year career has taken him from Chicago to LA to Washington, D.C. and back to LA — apparently he just couldn’t stay away — spanning graphic design, consumer apps, and SaaS at companies including NBC, Curiosity Stream, and WebOps.
Throughout that journey, AIGA has been a consistent presence, from getting him his first agency job in Chicago (shoutout to Multiple Inc., formerly Tandemodus) to keeping him connected to the community even as his career pulled him deeper into product. Now rooted in LA and ready to go deeper, Victor is joining the board as Vice President of Finances, bringing a very particular set of skills to the role, skills that make him a nightmare for any balance sheet that doesn’t balance.
In addition to his design background, Victor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and worked as a licensed CPA before transitioning into design — not the most logical career move, but one that made him unusually well-equipped for both. Today, he manages all financial operations for Victory Goods himself. He understands how creative organizations think and is committed to keeping the books honest for AIGA LA.
