Joni Pratte has worked at MATTEL for 17 years. She started as a packaging designer in 1998, then later moved into Product Design. She has mostly worked on all-girl brands, including Barbie, Little Mommy, Polly Pocket, Disney Princess, and Disney Boys. As an innovative creative leader, her passion is building teams and not being afraid of challenges.
