The red carpets are rolled out, the gold trophies shined up, and yet there’s still no Oscar category to honor title sequence design. Is it finally time for title design to be recognized at the Oscars?
You’re formally invited to a celebration of this exciting artform as Art of the Title looks at some of the most outstanding work being created today. Title sequence design has been an integral part of cinema for more than 100 years, beginning as a legal formality and slowly evolving into a significant artform of its own.
Please join Senior Editor Will Perkins and Managing Editor Lola Landekic from Art of the Title, the preeminent title design publication, for an evening of powerful titles and sharp commentary, honoring some of the most indelible and iconic moments in cinema history.
